Female Golf was founded in 2018 by PGA Golf Professional, Warren Harris. Female Golf was born out of the idea of trying to introduce more women of all ages to the game of golf, as well as re-introduce ladies who have left the game and also help those currently playing to improve their golf.
Female Golf coaches players of all abilities and ages from complete beginners to club champions and county level players. Delivered through a variety of coaching sessions from set five week group courses, Roll Up shot specific clinics, group on course sessions and individual coaching.
Facilities available include a covered driving range, short game area, putting green, 18 hole golf course and indoor golf studio. All lessons will have a relaxed, friendly environment with lots of fun to go along with the learning of game.
Using a mainly task led approach allows for easy understanding and learning to be accelerated without the need of too much technical or 'jargon' information.
There are also 9 hole roll ups where by those being coached by Female Golf can join each other for a game of 9 holes at Hennerton Golf Club, Wargrave, to meet and make new golfing friends.
Group lessons are a great way to get into golf, meet and make new friends whilst learning the game. We have set five week sessions starting all the time with beginner, intermediate and experienced, which work through all parts of the game.
For those ladies who would like 1-2-1 tuition for a small tweak, some short game work or some on course better scoring advice, see the Tuition menu available from Female Golf.
After leaving secondary school Warren dived straight into a golf career beginning at Bearwood Golf Club as the Professional’s Assistant. He gained 5&1/2 years’ experience at this members club, learning and understanding the golf industry, whilst also acting as the organiser for the club’s junior section.
